In a vibrant celebration of Ayurveda's enduring legacy and modern applications, AIMIL Healthcare & Research Centre hosted Ayumanthan 3.0 at the esteemed Sri Sathya Sai Auditorium, commemorating the 9th National Ayurveda Day.

 

Distinguished Ayurveda practitioners and scholars congregated to delve into the profound realms of this ancient healing system, exploring its efficacy in addressing intricate health conditions. Since its inception in 2016, National Ayurveda Day has served as a beacon, illuminating Ayurveda's pivotal role in fostering holistic health and wellness.

 

This year's Ayumanthan 3.0 resounded with a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation, featuring enlightening sessions and dialogues on the transformative power of Ayurvedic practices and their societal implications. The event showcased Ayurveda's dual capacity as a curative and preventive science, reigniting faith and curiosity in this time-honored path to well-being.

 

Director of AIMIL Healthcare & Research Centre, Dr. Nitika Kohli, underscored the institution's commitment to propelling Ayurveda forward through a scientific lens. "We are championing Ayurveda not merely as a customary remedy but as a rigorously validated system adept at tackling some of the most daunting health challenges. For instance, we now offer precise Ayurvedic treatments for conditions like vitiligo," Dr. Kohli affirmed. "Ayurveda transcends mere medication; it embodies a lifestyle—a holistic methodology for nurturing and rejuvenating health."

 

Acknowledging the entrepreneurial vigor within the Ayurvedic domain, Chairman of AIMIL Pharmaceuticals, K. K. Sharma, praised the burgeoning startups for expanding the horizons of Ayurveda. "The rise of startups in Ayurveda is propelling this ancient science to unprecedented heights, enhancing its accessibility and fostering a wave of innovation," Sharma acclaimed. "Nurturing ventures grounded in Ayurvedic principles is paramount. These startups are not just commercial ventures; they are fundamental pillars in widening Ayurveda's reach, rendering it more pertinent in light of contemporary health challenges."

 

During the event, Executive Director of AIMIL Pharmaceuticals, Dr. Sanchit Sharma, unveiled a collaborative research venture with the esteemed National Institute of Ayurveda and the Ministry of AYUSH. "In partnership with the Ministry of AYUSH and the National Institute of Ayurveda in Jaipur, we are embarking on a pioneering cancer research endeavor that has already yielded promising early results. We anticipate groundbreaking revelations within the next few years," Dr. Sharma disclosed, envisioning a future where Ayurveda stands poised to redefine the landscape of cancer treatment.
